Our business and these terms

MO3DP is operated by MOprintability3D Co Ltd, Unit A3, Industria Business Park II, Industrial Zone, Geoffrey Road, 90104 Bambous, Mauritius. BRN: C25220749. VAT: 28390655. Contact: support@mo3dp.com.

These terms apply to purchases of 3D printers, accessories, filament and filament refills, and to our print-on-demand service. Read them with our Shipping and Returns, Payment and Privacy policies. Product descriptions and the specifications confirmed for your order form part of the agreement. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Printers, accessories and filament

Check the product’s stated compatibility, dimensions, material, voltage and other specifications before ordering. Images and screen colours are illustrative; supplied goods must still conform to their description. Filament diameter, material, colour and net filament weight are as stated for the selected product; a spool’s weight is not part of the net filament weight.

Spooled filament includes a spool where stated. Filament refills do not include a spool unless expressly listed and are intended for our specified proprietary master spool. Compatibility with other spool systems is not promised. Check the required master-spool model and size before purchasing. Follow loading and storage instructions, and keep refill restraints in place until the refill is correctly secured. These handling requirements do not remove your rights if a product is defective or incorrectly described.

Print-on-demand: upload, estimate, confirmation and payment

  1. Upload your ready-to-print STL file and select the available material, colour, dimensions or scale, quantity and other production options.
  2. Where offered, the website generates an instant price and estimated delivery date from your file and selections. Check the units, size, quantity, settings, delivery details and total carefully.
  3. Confirm your selections and pay the full displayed order total in advance online. The confirmed specification is the production instruction; changes require our agreement.
  4. We assess whether the file can be manufactured as ordered. A payment receipt acknowledges payment and is not a guarantee that an unprintable or prohibited design has been accepted for production. We will confirm acceptance or contact you about a problem.

We do not charge extra or materially change your specifications without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the paid order as agreed and you do not accept an alternative, we refund the unfulfilled order. Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates, unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date in writing. We will communicate material delays; your mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain available.

Your model and intended use

You must own the model or have permission to upload it and commission the requested prints. You retain your intellectual-property rights and give us only the permission needed to quote, prepare, manufacture and support your order, including use by service providers involved in that work. We may reject unlawful orders or orders that infringe third-party rights.

The standard service reproduces your supplied design to the agreed specification; it does not include design repair, engineering certification or a guarantee of suitability for an undisclosed purpose. We will seek your agreement to material file changes. Unless specifically agreed, visible layer lines, support-removal marks and process-related surface variation are normal features of 3D printing, provided the result remains consistent with the agreed specification.

Tell us before ordering if the part has a safety-critical, medical, food-contact, load-bearing or regulated use. Material descriptions alone do not certify a finished part for such uses. Customer design errors are distinct from errors in our manufacturing or supply: these terms do not excuse us from supplying the agreed work with the care and quality required by law.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel a custom-print order for a refund before printing starts. Contact us immediately with the order number; placing a request does not itself confirm the production status. We will check the production record. Once printing has started, custom prints are not refundable merely because you change your mind or no longer need them. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming prints remain subject to applicable remedies.

Eligible unused standard goods may be returned for change of mind within 30 days after delivery under our Shipping and Returns Policy. Warranty periods and coverage are those stated for the product and do not replace your statutory rights.

Prices, payment and delivery

The currency and payable total, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, must be shown before you pay. The store’s default currency is Mauritian rupees (MUR). We may correct a pricing or availability error before acceptance, but will not debit an additional amount without your agreement. If an affected paid order cannot be honoured, we will offer an agreed alternative or refund it.

Delivery is available only where an applicable delivery option or a separate written arrangement is offered. Provide an accurate address and notify us promptly of errors. See our Shipping and Returns Policy for delivery estimates, damaged parcels and returns.

Responsibility, complaints and applicable law

Use equipment and materials according to the manufacturer’s instructions and agreed specifications. We remain responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes a consumer’s statutory remedies. Contact support@mo3dp.com with complaints and your order details so we can investigate.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts and complaint bodies available under applicable law. The version accepted for an order applies to that order; later website changes do not retrospectively change it without agreement.
